Great compact double oven. Replaced an old Maytag unit that is no longer available. This unit, so far, if much better. Installation required a little carpentry work on the cabinet in which it sits, but not a major hurdle. Prospective buyers need to measure their cabinet carefully, and make sure the cutout is adequate.

Purchased this wall oven, love the look, upper oven working great. Lower oven temperature is off by 50 degrees. I am waiting for the part to have it fixed. I was told it could be 4 months before the part comes in to get it fixed. Not really happy, brand new and already have problems. I understand quality control does not always get it right, but having to wait to get a brand new appliance fixed, is not acceptable.

This was the only 24 inch oven that would fit in the cabinet we had. The old oven was an early 1970's model, that was even smaller than this one. It wasn't quite as modern looking as the other two 24 inch models on the market, but if you have a very small area to put it this is the one to go with. Its a hard wire unit, which is what we had, so keep that in mind when looking for a small oven.

I tried to reach out to customer service and was connected with "chatbox" which was worthless...a computer.
This oven quit working in exactly ONE YEAR plus a few days. Will be really upset if they refuse to fix. I don't know why it is so hard to find reliable, affordable appliances any more. Pathetic!!

We love the top oven! It makes sound when on and the lights allow us to see when it's on but the bottom oven has no sound nor lights and was left on for a day, as in at least 24 hours!

I was so excited to get my new oven installed! So far it works great and I love that it heats up fast. I was so happy with my old GE oven, and it lasted over 30 yrs., but now the new one is spot on with the inside temperature for all my baking , which makes cooking and baking fun again!

The installation instructions need to be re-written. The cutout dimensions were too SMALL. (Maybe the screws were different than in the instructions.) Also, the outer covering was VERY POORLY attached. Two things were wrong: (1) the screws used to attach it had been over tightened and thus the holes were reamed out. I never could figure out how to do it better. (2) The outer cover was not flat but rather severely buckled so that I had to undo it and then reattach it. (The holes had apparently been drilled in the proper spots with one or two exceptions so that when put on properly would become flat. NOTE: (1) above.) The buckling was severe enough so that the unit would not fit flush with the mounting cutout. It took several times (three, I think) moving the oven in and out of the mounting space for me to finally determine what was wrong.
WE HAVEN'T used the oven enough yet to determine whether the internals work properly. As of right now (three weeks after the install), they seem to work fine.
IF you buy this unit, open the box and very carefully examine the unit. MAKE certain that the side covers are all planar and reset the attaching screw if necessary. Also VERY carefully measure its width BEFORE you make the mounting hole. (This will NOT be easy to do, but do NOT go by the instructions for the size of the cutout hole.) The size as specified had ZERO clearance and we damaged the sides of the cutout getting the unit in and then back out. Thankfully the unit is wide enough so that the damage does not show.
We purchased this unit because it would ALMOST fit the cutout for our 60 year old over we were replacing as it was the only one that began to be small enough to fit.
We installed the unit ourselves. I have been doing electrical work and room remodeling work for years. So anticipated no problems except moving the ovens, old out and new in, we chose to do the work ourselves. The moving was not that difficult once I had devised a method so that my wife and I alone could lift it. My guess is that the old one weighed twice as much as the GE.
I don't know whether I would buy it again knowing what I know now. I would NOT recommend it to a friend unless the friend had no other choice.

I love the fact that the oven fans are so quiet but my concern is the fan that is used for keeping the circuit board cool already sounds like it is going out, will be contacting warranty service we purchased through Home Depot to come out and check it. Also the lower oven have no other indicator that it is on other than the light that comes on when the element is in heating mode. Would have liked a bit more features for the lower half of the oven as I use it more frequently specifically because of the stress the heat puts on the circuit board in the top portion of the oven. We had experience with boards being fried in the past on 2 other brands of ovens with the electronic circuit boards.
