I love this microwave! Seriously! It has auto sensors to reheat a dinner plate, cook frozen vegetables to perfection, soften ice cream and so many, many more options. I haven't had to find power level to cook at. There's already an option. It's intuitive to cooking/reheating needs. I am new to Frigidaire products. However, this is the best microwave I've ever owed. Thanks Frigidaire!

Nice looking, large cu ft microwave. It doesn't have the power draw my old microwave did and runs quietly and smoothly. The trim is quite expensive and not "steel" and could use some more pre-drilled holes. Mine did not fit the cabinetry and we had to some custom work to get it to work.

Pros: veggies feature is great for cooking frozen veggies and also the sensor reheat settings. Cons: no pizza reheat settings and it requires to wipe out the steams after using any of the sensors settings. Had to install it myself for they don™™t include installation & hallway with delivery.

The micro wave oven is quite noisy in operation. it sounds like a bearing in the rotating assembly is making the noise. Also the keyboard is unpredictable. Sometimes it turns on when you hit an integer time and sometimes you have to hit the integer time and then hit start. So it doesn't function as the owners manual describes.

Replaced a 13 yr old Frigidaire microwave that was awesome with an even more awesome one. Easy to install. Great features and extremely quiet! The black stainless steel trim (which is darker than the picture shows) matches the black glass and black decor of the kitchen appliances

User manual needs to be improved. Explain all settings options. Misprint on page one for customer service phone number. You have to do better with your customer service phone system. Problem- One hour waiting time, no call back option. Call answered in the Philippines- Person could barely speak or understand English. My problem could have been easily handled over the phone.

I recently purchased my microwave this holiday. The unit setup easily and operates well. One minor issue I can™™t seem to get replaced. The plastic ring assembly (glass tray support) came broken. Can™™t seem to get manufacturer or store (Lowes) to take ownership and replace the part. It™™s a minor issue , hope they can resolve soon. Don™™t want to return product over minor product warranty issue.

I bought this Frigidaire microwave to replace a GE microwave that came with the house and it was 18 years old before it stopped working. I saw that this one had buttons for reheat and all of the other options I used. I also liked that the light was LED instead of incandescent. I purchased it without reading the owners manual first. That was a big mistake. When I went to use it that is when I discovered that Reheat is much different. On my GE I could just press reheat and it would do it, but with this you have to tell it what you are reheating and sometimes even include a quantity. It seems to overheat unless you stop it before it says it is finished. The other thing about it that to me is quite annoying is the LED display for the clock etc. It is very bright and you can't dim it, only turn it off. I have buyers remorse but unfortunately it isn't returnable which doesn't seem right. Even with that I dislike it so much that I am going to give it away and probably buy a GE. For some reason many of the new microwaves have doors that open down, which I think is a terrible design because you have to reach further to get to and see the items and it also makes it harder to clean if you are vertically challenged. There aren't many to choose from that have doors that open to the side. Anyway, be sure to read the owners manual before buying this so you don't have buyers remorse like I did.

Purchased this microwave to replace a Frigidaire Microwave that was 14 years old. Stayed with the same brand and model since the other appliances are the same. The new model is quieter. Never noticed until we used this one. The inside is very bright white. Nice one touch speed times. Overall no complaints.

Black stainless-steel microwave is quiet and looks absolutely beautiful with the trim kit. We had to get an extra piece of wood before top screws would go in the way our cut out cabinets were built, but once we got that figured out, we were very pleased with how it looks and operates.

We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery series, built-in microwave in October 2022 to replace our broken, Frigidaire Professional series, built-in microwave purchased in January 2011. The black stainless steel option on the Gallery series looks very sharp and fits better in our kitchen than the previous model. The installation of the new built-in kit was very easy and an improvement over the 2011 model. The trim kit around the microwave is slightly thicker than our old one, and the solid face with top/bottom vents in lieu of the vents on the face of the trim is very nice improvement. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to cook as well as our previous model. There's a significant amount of un-popped kernels when cooking microwave popcorn. Reheating/warming food seems to take longer than it did in the 2011 model. I'm sure we'll get used to it, but it's disappointing to spend extra on a built-in microwave only have to have sub-par cooking performance when compared to the previous model.

The microwave is somewhat complicated to operate. Also, it takes longer to heat food on the highest level than my previous oven. The trim kit is very bulky, vents the hot air onto my drawer and cabinets below and sticks out far from the actual microwave. It would be better if it was vented from the bottom front. For the price of the trim kit, it shouldn't be made of plastic. On the more positive side, I do like the large oven space that will hold 9"x13" pan. I also like some of the settings.

I was thinking that I could turn off the beeper 'volume' because I don't need to be reminded that the food is cooked. Oops, that was a mistake, and now I can't get the microwave to stay on longer than a second or two. I have tried a couple of things to no avail.
