I don™™t like this range. I tried to return it and was unable.The vent from the oven puts hot air into your face if you™™re cooking on the stovetop.Told by repairman it™™s by design.Stupid idea . The oven seems to only have an audible alert for achieved oven temp. If you leave room and don™™t hear it you won™™t know if oven has preheated. Repairman isn™™t sure if he can fix this. I bought this because it was the only white range with lower storage. And while I™™m at it, whose idea was it to put a broiler under the oven .I guess you™™re supposed to get on your hand and knees to cook a steak.Other than that it™™s a range.

I do not recommend this product. It has required servicing on two occasions, and now the motherboard needs replacement. Consequently, my tenant has been without a stove/oven for over two weeks and is requesting reimbursement. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

We like the range we bought on 5/30/23. The only complaint is that today, 7/12/23, a small piece of the porcelain came off the right rear burner tray. It was the first time I used this burner. We called the store where we bought it and will get a bottle of touchup paint for it. Disappointing to have this happen to an appliance purchased six weeks ago.

I love everything about the stove except the broiler. I was unaware when I purchased it that the broiler was electric and not gas. It is very small broiler and doesn't have much power or coverage area. I do a lot of broiling and this broiler is very inadequate. Very disappointed in that aspect of the stove. Everything is great!

This is not a self cleaning oven, so not well enough insulated. It spews heat. The oven is very slow to reach any desired temperature and must be set to 480 to reach 400 degrees. The burners blow out easily. It™™s nice to have a summer setting™¦but it™™s not reliable.

My small kitchen did not allow many choices in replacing my 30+ year old gas range. Going with what was available has been a positive experience. I didn't think a stove could make a difference in cooking but the quick boil and simmer burners have. The surface is easy to clean up spills. It has been the right choice for my small kitchen.

This thing is so amazing! Super easy to set up and get balanced! And turning it on is so simple! I can now teach my grand daughter how to do cooking safely because of the controls that turn down on low really easy! She™™s already learned to scramble eggs safely! The knobs are easy to work and she™™s learning how to check them to make sure they are turned off completely when she™™s done cooking! I am super thrilled with my purchase!

Range is fine. Typical thing a landlord would use to replace in an apartment. Burners work well, but tend to run a bit too hot. Knobs are too loose and cant give fine control, but they are nicely sized. Broiler element is a bit low and gets in the way of things at times but overall temperature seems to stay constant.

Great stove only complaint is that you don™™t push in the dials to turn on the burners. I barely bump and the flame turns on. Have a small kitchen often have bumped accidentally and the gas has come on. Walk back into kitchen to smell gas. Now I have to double check the knobs all the time to make sure no one has bumped them.

I know that ovens need to be "burned in" to cure the insulation a bit, but apparently Frigidaire has stopped curing their insulation at all during manufacturing. The consumer is expected to do it in their home, releasing awful odors and dangerous chemicals. An appliance technician we spoke to told us we were one of 100 people he had spoken to with this problem in recent months. Some were in their third month of dealing with the off-gassing. This seems to have been a recent cost-cutting decision by Frigidaire. We bought the older version of this range 6 years ago and had no issue. It will be a long time before we buy another Frigidaire appliance.

Unfortunately my new oven heats up the stove top to the point I can boil a pan of water without the burner being turned on. This is NOT normal and definitely is a fire hazard. I think they forgot to insulate the oven. There is no way that the electrical components will survive repeatedly being heated to this degree either, so my new oven is useless like this. I'm too afraid that something will catch on fire or someone will get severely burned to use it.

I want to give this a higher rating but unfortunately, I cannot. This range is kind of unsafe in that the gas knobs are a bit confusing. On more than one occasion I almost burnt my arm hairs off because the dials are kind of backwards. You start with the electric spark on HIGH then dial to low. If you are not used to it in this order, the spark may be delayed and the gas still gets released then when you try again, the flame bursts in a large flash. The bake button(S) doesn't work if the clock is not set. There was a black out one night and when the power came back on, I didn't pay attention that the clock was flashing, and I could not understand why the oven would not turn on for me to bake. After pressing the button for a while and not working, I starred at it and set the clock and it worked. Why does one have to rely on the other for it to work?

This model should be illegal. The metal of the oven is so thin it buckles repeatedly making loud noises that sound like a sinking ship's bulkheads being crushed. The manual says "this is normal". The grates on the burners don't fit properly and are very slippery. If you accidentaly bump a pan it will fly off the burner dumping hot grease over everything (ruined my shirt and floor, but no hospital bills). The people who delivered it were prompt courteous and professional - although they left some of their equipment and parts behind. We still have them if you want to come back and retrieve them.

The range is perfect, very user friendly. The cook top is very easy to clean, no clunky grates to deal with! The oven seems to hold at a steady temperature. I really like the drawer at the bottom, it™™s very deep & I can keep all my cookie sheets & pizza pans in it. I would highly recommend this range to anyone!

The stove works good and appearance is appropriate. However, the instructions on the oven operation does not match the operation of the temperature light and number of beeps. The operation booklet should have additional model specific information.

I have this oven in my apartment and I am loving the range. However, the oven takes a long time to preheat and cook any food. It also heats up anything in and around it, including the pans in the storage drawer beneath the oven. This seems like a tricky design flaw, but maybe something is faulty with my oven? I'm sad because I love to bake and so far have had a lot of trouble getting the timing of baking items correct.

This style is so hard to find, never have used more than 3 burners at a time so why would I need 4 or 5. Love having the broiler in the oven so I can store stuff in the drawer, not to mention who wants to get down on the ground to broil? The grates over the burners cool quick and are lightweight for easier/quicker cleanup. Had it a very short time so not yet able to give 5 stars.
